Paper books

You have the option of returning a damaged, defective book or one that does not correspond to what you ordered. The item must be returned within 10 days of receipt. It must be well packaged and accompanied by the invoice, an explanatory note as well as proof of the transport costs which will be reimbursed to you. Replacement of the item will be made after receipt of the package. If the returned item cannot be replaced, then we will issue a refund.

Digital books and other digital products (applications, subscriptions, etc.)

No exchange, credit or refund is possible once the sale of a digital product is confirmed. Indeed, it is impossible for us to cancel an order from the moment you receive the download link which gives you access to the product you purchased. Furthermore, Cardinal is not responsible for errors in your choice of format (PDF, ePub, etc.) at the time of purchase, nor for compatibility problems between a digital product and an electronic device, unless the description of the Product displayed is inaccurate.
