Christina Potvin and Quy Tâm Vo are first and foremost passionate about Asian cuisine.
It is with the objective of making this cuisine better known to Quebecers – and to keep themselves busy during confinement – that they founded the popular YouTube channel in 2020 Hop in the wok! . The couple, who began by focusing on Vietnamese cuisine, have since pushed the boundaries of their exploration into Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Thai traditions.
Hop in the wok! today has nearly 200 recipes that are as accessible as they are authentic, some 40,000 subscribers and more than 2.5 million views.
