Côté, Sylvain and Longpré, François
For 10 years, Sylvain Côté and François Longpré have shared their passion for cooking and the art of mastering their tools at their boutique Les Touilleurs, located on Laurier Street in Mile-End, Montreal. Better known thanks to their television show broadcast on ARTV, these two enthusiasts break away from academic gastronomy by presenting their findings in an authentic and generous manner. The book Les Touilleurs, published in 2012, aims to prolong at home the moments of happiness that Sylvain and François share with us and their accomplices behind the stove.
