BIOGRAPHY
Lesley Chesterman studied at the Institute of Tourism and Hospitality before working as a professional pastry chef in Quebec and France. She worked as a restaurant critic and gastronomy columnist on the radio on ICI Première as well as on the daily newspaper The Gazette from 1998 to 2018. Her texts have also been broadcast in other local and international publications.
