Jean-Martin Fortier has been a market gardener for more than 20 years and author of the best-seller Le jardinier-maraîcher (Écosociété), now translated into nine languages. His teachings have been adapted into a masterclass , an online expertise course on small-scale organic market gardening which brings together more than 2,000 producers in more than 60 countries.
In 2015, he founded Ferme des Quatre-Temps, one of whose missions is to train apprentice farmers who wish to have the tools to develop their own microfarm.
Through his practice and his teachings, Jean-Martin Fortier has inspired hundreds of thousands of people around the world about the potential of regenerative agriculture on a human scale.
